Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of general administrative / HR support
  • Prepare Staff Attendance monthly report
  • Assist in ad hoc projects / tasks
  • Assist general office administration, such as office renovation, maintenance
  • With experiences of taking meeting minutes, planning itinerary and scheduling appointments is preferred

 

Job Requirement:

  • University Graduate in any discipline
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Able to handle multi-tasks independently and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated, responsible, analytical and well-organized
  • Good working attitude, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and verbal English, fluent in Mandarin and good at translation will be advantageous
  • Fresh graduated will be considered
